    Who
My name's Anita Wirawan and I love stories :).

I read/watch a lot of stories and like to share the most interesting and unusual ones here to see what everyone else thinks about them.

    Why
I had originally started this blog as a way to get things together after my brother Jody died back in 2008, but it's turned into a lot more than that.

I hope you'll find the stories that you need here.

    What Next
Feel free to look around the blog and add your own thoughts or stories, I'd love to hear 'em.

At The End Of The Story

Saw this on Makes Me Think the other day, a profound life story told in a single sentence written in a diary:

Today, after my grandmother passed, my dad read me the final entry she wrote in her diary yesterday morning while she was under hospice care. It was just one line long and read, “I’m still happy at the end.”

Wow so simple yet it contains so much. What do you think your last sentence will be??

I just lost my sister, Eileen. We are still searching for answers. She was only 43 years old. I miss her… so much. She was so full of joy and wisdom. She made me laugh, few do she did. She was so quirky! She left so many behind…and so much behind and unfinished. One lesson that I have learned is always take time to tell the ones that you love how much they matter and mean to you. Never leave mad. Always live like it is your last moment.

      Zimmer,

I am so sorry for your loss, please let me know if there’s anything I can do for you. I know what it’s like to suddenly lose a sibling…nothing is ever the same again. It sounds like your sister was truly an exceptional person and is loved very much!
