    Who
My name's Anita Wirawan and I love stories :).

I read/watch a lot of stories and like to share the most interesting and unusual ones here to see what everyone else thinks about them.

    Why
I had originally started this blog as a way to get things together after my brother Jody died back in 2008, but it's turned into a lot more than that.

I hope you'll find the stories that you need here.

    What Next
Feel free to look around the blog and add your own thoughts or stories, I'd love to hear 'em.

Imagining Paradise

“I have always imagined that paradise will be a kind of library.”
- J.L. Borges

Boy would he have loved the internet. The best part of it is that you’re not obligated to sit quietly in stiff-backed chairs, you can be as loud and rowdy or as quiet and orderly as you want. Which is how paradise should be :).

I would have said the same as you maybe 10 years ago without a pacemaker :))
Today in present, I have no choice but to stay in this paradise in which I imaginated myself someday while my Grand and I were cleaning her small library lol
You know? that´s when she started to teach me how to read :) something that i will never forget!!!
I tell you something, as for me, nothing! nothing can replace all the senses you get but touching, seeing, smelling and feeling the books!
Just by sitting on a table is a whole experience!

ofcourse I wont tell you lies, if i could use devices like Ipads and those new things to get to internet and read and read and read! I would certainly do! lol
Man! we have talked about technology and indeed I love it!!!!!

      Nairim,

Hang in there, I think someday they’ll make books that are safe for pacemakers, feel like regular books but are digital and interactive like computers and iPads are nowadays. The best of all worlds :).
