Relive the adventure of the first journey to the moon via this awesome video by Melodysheep (same folks who did the ‘A Glorious Dawn’ video).
I think they did well in capturing the energy and excitement of those eight days of the Apollo 11 mission through some great editing choices. Not only did they pick the right music and footage but most of the footage is played at faster than normal speeds which gives it a strong sense of momentum.
You can almost feel the world holding it’s breath and the people in the space program straining to make Kennedy’s vision of Americans landing on the moon finally come true…
